About the speakers:
Rabbi Yosef Rosen: A Connecticut native, Rabbi Rosen graduated from Cornell University and worked for the Department of Justice before completing rabbinical school at Yeshiva University. There, he also received a master’s degree in medieval Jewish history. Rabbi Rosen sits on Columbia University’s ethical review board which supervises its animal research. He currently resides in Queens with his family where he plays tennis and crafts his own wine. Rabbi Rosen is passionate about Hassidic texts and the integration of spirituality into even the most mundane aspects of daily life.
Rabbi Ricardo Kanner: Ricardo was born and raised in Mexico City and learned in Mirrer Yeshiva, one of the most prestigious rabbinical institutions in the world, for ten years. After receiving his Rabbinical ordination from Rabbi Yitzhok Berkowitz, Ricardo traveled to Spain and Argentina, to teach. He has inspired hundreds of students over the past eight years teaching the beauty and depth of Torah in a practical and entertaining style. Ricardo now lives in Passaic with his wife and 5 daughters.
Rabbi Marc Terris: Marc was born and raised in Vineland New Jersey. He attended Montclair State University majoring in business and finance, and worked in the Private sector at Bankers Trust in their accounting department following graduation. After a few years in the field, Marc decided to attend Aish HaTorah College of Jewish Studies in Jerusalem, Israel for 6 years, from 1994-2000. He received his Rabbinical Ordination and has inspired business executives in the New York area for the last 15 years. Rabbi Terris enjoys helping others answer their life’s questions by connecting Jews of all walks of life to the beauty and meaning of our 3,400 year old Tradition.
Rabbi Adam Jacobs: Rabbi Adam Jacobs was born and raised in New York and has lived in Boston and Jerusalem, where he received his rabbinic ordination. He completed his B.A. in Music from Brandeis University and has a Masters of Jazz Performance from the New England Conservatory. His writing has appeared in the Huffington Post, the Times of Israel, the Algemeiner Journal and in his own blog – Shaken Faithless. He has self-published three small books and was one of the teachers featured in the documentary film Kabbalah Me. His life’s work is to introduce the beauty, meaning and Joy of Judaism to all who are interested. He lives in New Jersey with his wife Penina and 5 children.
